JNA was the regular Yugoslav Army, and Croat fascists under the leadership of Njofra Tudjman and the rest of ustashas, they were separatists.
The photo is from 1984.
The Yugoslav Constitution from 1974 precisely prescribed the procedure for eventual seperation of any republic.
The main condition was the people referendum in all republics in the same time, and none could fail. Otherwise, the seperation is not legal. That was the case. No republics can separate from Yugoslavia without positive results at simultanious referendums in all republics. ONCE AGAIN, NONE COULD FAIL.
I don't know who gave the right to the presidents of yugoslav republics to include venice commission in their talks. it was the interior thing of our country. The same as Vuk Draskovic and Vatican now. The state is devided from the church here, since 1943, so any priest of the catholic church has the right to enter our country, but can not decide about state questions. The same for the Serbian orthodox church, and other relligions. People is the carrier of the souveregnity, not the church. And, it's the republic. Both serbia and yugoslavia, which must remain in any form.
The Serbian government, as well as all its institutions, is not legal. They are usurpers, consequently, they should be boicoted, and finaly thrown down. The same as all other "governments" at Yugoslav theritory, meaning from Vardar to Triglav.
NOTE: I'm not war criminal... yet...
